If you're concerned about inaccuracies in the food truck's location or its timing for stops, the Click and Collect service addresses these concerns.

Orders cannot be completed if the truck is outside of its designated hours.

Ordering from a specific food truck is only enabled half an hour before its arrival until half an hour before its departure.

Consequently, orders are exclusively placed when the truck is parked. However, if there are errors in the delivery process, the sale won't be considered complete until four hours have elapsed from order reception without any reported complaints from the consumer.
