Consumer User :
Individuals who want to explore food trucks and mobile vendors in or near a specific area. They also intend to make purchases from nearby food trucks, rate them, and stay updated on their offerings.
Merchent User :
Food truck owners who showcase their products and locations to expand their business and reach new customers.
Consumer User
The consumer user has the ability to :
- Conduct Searches: Search for specific food trucks and mobile vendors.
- Add to Favorites: Include selected food trucks in their favorites list for quick access.
- Follow Food Trucks: Receive regular updates by following specific food trucks.
- Rate and Comment: Provide ratings and comments for food trucks based on their experiences.
- Privatization Announcements: Post announcements for food truck privatization.
- Privatization quote: Receive price quotes for privatization requests.
- Click and Collect Service: Place orders for meals using the Click and Collect service.
You can do this by visiting the page Near me or by performing a search in your area on the Home page or Food trucks page
Yes, you can easily find this information by clicking on the 'Products' button or using the 'Click and Collect' option available on the truck's page.
You can submit a food truck privatization announcement by completing the form provided on the privatization page. The form will prompt you to provide event details, facilitating the process of receiving quotes from interested food trucks. Notifications will alert you to new price offers, and you can view them on the dedicated page for your advertisement.
Click and Collect enables you to purchase your favorite meals via Infoodtruck and receive them from the truck directly at the place it is parked and at the time that will be specified when making the purchase.
Rest assured, once the products are available for purchase, it indicates that the food truck is parked at the designated location. You will be reminded of the food truck's parking address with each new purchase.
Yes, Infoodtruck uses Stripe payments, which is a reliable and secure place to make credit card purchases. If there is any error by the food truck in providing the order, we will process the refund immediately after informing us of the problem.
Merchent User
All consumer user features plus :
- Add up to three food trucks to their account.
- Manage locations, products, and gallery images with the ability to add, edit, and delete.
- Indicate participation in events.
- Submit quotes for requests to privatize food trucks.
- Respond to customer reviews and comments.
- Upgrade their food truck account to Premium.
From the user menu, you can enter My Trucks and then add a new truck through the custom form, which will request some necessary information about your truck, some pictures. Later, you can add the products offered and their locations.
There are some necessary information that must be filled in your personal account to allow you to add a truck
You can easily link a truck to your account by sending a 'Link to a Truck' request through the user menu. Simply provide the truck's name, and it will be connected to your account within a maximum of 24 hours.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your locations. You can also freeze them for a specific period and unfreeze them manually once you return to that location.
If you own a truck on Infoodtruck, you can directly explore privatization requests on the privatization page. There, you'll have the option to submit your price offer for the privatization advertisements that catch your interest.
If your truck is taking part in a particular event, you can create a dedicated post to inform visitors about your participation. This can help you attract new customers and enhance awareness of your business and activities.
When you upgrade your truck to Premium you will get the following features :
- Priority in search results
- The ability to add up to 40 photos to the photo gallery
- The ability to use the Click and Collect service and sell your products online
Upgrading to a premium account does not involve any direct cost. Infoodtruck charges a fee of eleven percent for each confirmed sale, meaning you only pay when you achieve successful sales.
Stripe is widely recognized as a highly secure and trusted platform for online payment transactions. When upgrading to Premium, you'll need to input your bank details to establish a Stripe account. This account facilitates the management of sales and money transfer operations, enabling you to track your sales and transfers effectively.
Most of the time direct transfers to your account will not exceed 48 hours
Yes, you can pause the service at any time and resume it through your truck's control panel. When the service is paused, only five photos will be visible in your gallery, and your visibility in searches will be deprioritized.
