These terms comprehensively outline the responsibilities and obligations of both Customers and Sellers. 2- Site
Site's Role as an Intermediary
The Site functions as an intermediary, connecting Customers with Sellers by presenting Sellers' desired information and making it accessible to Customers, thereby streamlining the purchasing process.
Limited Post-Sale Responsibility
It's important to note that the Site does not bear any responsibility once the sale and delivery process is completed. This includes aspects such as product quality and adherence to delivery schedules.

To facilitate smooth product delivery by the Seller, Customers are advised to have a visible name associated with their account on the site.
Feedback Etiquette
Customers have the liberty to offer ratings and provide feedback for Sellers without resorting to offensive language or exhibiting malicious intent.
Invoice Delivery
Customers receive invoices for their ordered products via email, with prices aligning with those listed on the site at the time of order registration.
Payment Authorization
Customers confirm that they possess the requisite authorizations for their chosen payment method at the point of order placement, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
Order Validity and Cancellation
It is important to note that once an order has been validated, it cannot be canceled. Therefore, Customers should make their decisions judiciously.
Complaint Timeframe
Any request for complaint will not be entertained after a lapse of four hours following order receipt, marking the order as finalized.

Account Accuracy Responsibility

Adherence to Product Specifications
Sellers are accountable for delivering products in strict accordance with the specifications outlined on their respective product pages.
Customer Issue Resolution
Sellers possess the authority to address and resolve any issues raised by customers in connection with the purchase process. In doing so, they shoulder direct responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Legal Compliance
Sellers must exercise diligence in refraining from listing products that contain prohibited materials or contravene French laws and regulations. Compliance with legal standards is of paramount importance.
Full Accountability
Sellers assume complete responsibility for their actions and the outcomes of their operations within the framework of the site's operations.
5- Miscellaneous
In the event that any provision of these Terms is deemed null and void under existing or future legal or regulatory provisions or a final court decision from a competent jurisdiction or authority, such provision shall be deemed unwritten, while all other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force between the Parties.
The failure of either Party to enforce any provision of these general conditions at any given time shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights under these Terms.
6- Applicable Law – Disputes
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, with the French version prevailing for interpretation purposes.
Any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of this contract requires the parties to engage in amicable negotiations to resolve the dispute before seeking recourse to the competent jurisdiction.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that only french courts shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the rules set forth in the french civil procedure code.
